Introduction

Ethernet benchmarking guide for the Maivin platform.

Requirements

• Torizon for Maivin (or Development Image)
  • Requires the iperf3 package to be installed (default on 6.3.0+)
• Ethernet connected to another system with iperf3 installed.

Instructions

On the Maivin note your IP address or hostname, then run the iperf3 command in server mode.

iperf3 -s

On the client system, which could be another Maivin or a Windows/Mac/Linux system.  Ensure you have iperf3 installed then run the client.

iperf3 -c maivin-hostname
